Return, Refund and Cancellation policy

 

We might not able to serve you best at times and respect your decision to return the product. We respect our buyers and provide all the facilities that we can. With our buyer friendly return policy, you can any time return the product without any reluctance. There are certain policies that every buyer need to adhere or keep in mind before returning the product.

  1. The seller need to be informed about the product return within 8-10 days of the good purchased.

  2. The product should be in unused condition.

  3. The original receipt or invoice of the product needs to be attached with the return product.

 

If the buyer adhere all the above mentioned policies, then only our team will be able process your return request. Either our executive could collect the product or you u can send the product to on our main office.

Refund policy

The refunds are generally processed, if:-

  • The replacement is not possible

  • The dispute raised by the buyer is valid and  the buyer adheres all the return policy

The refund would be processed within the 4-5 days slot, once finance team approves. The amount would be credited to the bank account that has been provided by the customer for refund purpose.

Cancelation Policy

At times due to some urgency or last minute change, buyer opts for canceling the buying request. We respect your decision and have created certain cancelation policy.

  1. The cancelation request is considered before the product shipment.

  2. Only 96% of the product actual amount would be refunded.

  3. The amount would be returned to the respective bank accounts within the 48 hours of the cancelation request.
